You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund by submitting or sending notice thereof to WCV and postmarking/dispatching the product/s within 14 days of the date on which you have received the product, provided the product has not been materially used or worn. Should you have chosen to order a custom-made product, your right to return will expire when the production of your custom-made product has started.

You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to Weemanscustomvinyl@gmail.com and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If WCV reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, WCV will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.
